Towed in looking like dark days after someone else worked on it but they took care of us and put the Acura back on the road. Ton of codes and they could have shafted us for thousands but they were honest and real people. Donβt find that anymore. Thanks for treating us right. Will be dropping other cars off for service soon.

I rarely leave negative reviews, and I understand that older vehicles require repairs and that unexpected issues can happen. However, my experience with this shop was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. In April 2026, my daughterβs vehicle was diagnosed by this shop as needing a transmission rebuild. We were quoted up to approximately $3,000 and told the vehicle would be completed by April 24. We approved the repair because my daughter is a single mother who depends on her vehicle for work. When the shop finally contacted us, we were instructed to pay over the phone and pick up the vehicle from the parking lot after hours. We paid $3,195 including tax. Immediately upon starting the vehicle, there was a loud exhaust leak that was not present when the vehicle was brought in. The receipt left on the vehicle noted a βclunking soundβ and that the flex pipe needed replacement. We also discovered missing clips and bolts under the hood. We paid out of pocket to replace the missing hardware and repair the exhaust issue. The clunking noise continued to worsen. When we attempted to contact the shop, the voicemail box frequently stated that it was not accepting messages.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with this transmission repair shop! From start to finish, the service was absolutely top-notch. Tina, the owner, is a wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable person who truly goes above and beyond for her customers. She took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnostic results and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done. There was no pressureβjust honest, expert advice. The repairs were completed quickly and professionally, and my vehicle has been running like new ever since. What really impressed me was the warranty on the work. Tina stands by the quality of the service, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. Itβs rare to find a shop that combines technical excellence with such genuine care and integrity. I also want to mention that in the past, there were issues with a former employee named Steve, who unfortunately did subpar work and misled some customers. Thankfully, he is no longer affiliated with the shop. Since his departure, the professionalism and quality have been exceptional. If you're looking for honest, high-quality transmission work you can trust, I highly recommend this s
